These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Enalas Group LLC d/b/a Cars Coffee Tees ("Cars Coffee Tees," "we," "us" or "our"), the small Rochester, New York-area shop that runs carscoffeetees.com (the "Site"). They cover your use of the Site and everything you buy from us, including our limited drops and our Custom Car Drawing service.

Please read them carefully. By browsing the Site, placing an order or sending us anything through the Site, you agree to these Terms and to the policies they link to, including our Shipping & Returns (https://carscoffeetees.com/pages/shipping-returns) page, Refund Policy (https://carscoffeetees.com/policies/refund-policy), Shipping Policy (https://carscoffeetees.com/policies/shipping-policy) and Privacy Policy (https://carscoffeetees.com/policies/privacy-policy). If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

The short version: everything is made to order, so returns are limited to items that arrive defective, misprinted or damaged. All of our art is original, and we're not connected with any car maker. A Custom Car Drawing covers the drawing only. If you send us an idea, we can use it. 1. Who we are

Enalas Group LLC d/b/a Cars Coffee Tees is an independent shop based in the Rochester, New York area. It sells limited drops of tees, tall tees, hats, mugs and stickers featuring original hand-drawn car art. Our store runs on Shopify, and our products are printed or embroidered to order and shipped by third-party print partners.

2. Eligibility and use of the Site

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order, or have a parent or guardian place it and agree to these Terms for you. The Site is not directed to children under 13.

You agree to give us accurate, current and complete information when you order or contact us, and to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. We may refuse service, cancel orders, or limit or end anyone's access to the Site if we reasonably believe these Terms are being broken or the Site is being misused.

3. Products, drops and made-to-order production

• Limited drops. Our designs are released as drops. A drop, product, size or color may be offered for a limited time and may be discontinued at any time without notice.
• Made to order. Every item is printed or embroidered for you after you order. Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days before your order ships.
• Colors, sizing and appearance. We work to show products accurately, but screens vary, and printing, embroidery and blank garments vary slightly from batch to batch. Small differences in color, placement or size from the photos and mockups are normal and are not defects. Please check the size chart on each product page before you order. Regular and tall fits are sized differently.
• Mockups. Product images may be digital mockups. They show the design and placement, but they aren't photos of the exact item you'll receive.
• Care. Follow the care instructions provided with your item. We're not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, heat or use.

4. Orders, pricing, errors and payment

• Your order is an offer. When you place an order, you're offering to buy. Your order confirmation email confirms we received it; it doesn't mean we've accepted it. We accept your order when it goes into production or ships.
• Our right to cancel. We may limit quantities, or refuse or cancel any order (including after confirmation), for example because of a pricing or product error, suspected fraud, an unavailable item or a problem with your payment. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund what you paid for the canceled items.
• Pricing and errors. Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time before you order. We try to keep the Site accurate, but errors happen. If an item's price or description is wrong, we may correct it and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund, or we may cancel the order and refund you.
• Promotions. Discount codes and promotions have the terms stated with them, can't be redeemed for cash, and may be changed or ended at any time unless the law requires otherwise.
• Payment. Payment is due when you order, using the methods shown at checkout. Payments are handled by Shopify and its payment processors. We never see or store your full card number. You confirm you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.
• Resale. Our products are sold for personal use. We may limit or cancel orders that appear to be placed for resale.

5. Taxes, shipping and delivery

• Taxes. Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout.
• Shipping. Orders over $75 ship free. Orders under $75 pay the shipping rate shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees. Transit time depends on the carrier and where you are. You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships.
• Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States only.
• Your address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.
• Title and risk of loss. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier. This doesn't limit our promise below to replace or refund items that arrive damaged in transit.

6. Returns, replacements and refunds

This section matches our Shipping & Returns (https://carscoffeetees.com/pages/shipping-returns) page and our Refund Policy (https://carscoffeetees.com/policies/refund-policy). If they ever differ, the more customer-friendly wording applies.

• Because each piece is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for size or a change of mind.
• If something arrives defective, misprinted or damaged in transit, we'll replace it or refund you at no cost. Contact us (https://carscoffeetees.com/pages/contact) or email pearson.benjamin@enalasgroup.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.
• Sale and discounted items follow this same policy.
• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. How long they take to show up depends on your bank or card issuer.
• Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived, including any right to dispute a charge with your card issuer.

7. Custom Car Drawing commissions

This section applies when you buy a Custom Car Drawing (currently $199). Before you can add a drawing to your cart, you'll be asked to tick a box confirming that you agree to these commission terms.

• What you're buying. The fee covers a hand-drawn piece of line art of the car in your photo, done in our house style. It's a digital service, and nothing ships from this order. You'll receive a high-resolution digital file (PNG) of your final drawing. Merch with your art (tees, tall tees, hats, mugs and stickers) is sold separately. After you approve your proof, we'll email you a private link to order merch, priced separately.
• Your photos. You confirm that you took the photos you upload or have the right to use them, and that they don't violate anyone else's rights. You give us permission to use them to create your drawing and your merch, and to show the finished drawing in our portfolio and, if you opt in, release it as a public drop.
• Content we won't draw. We draw cars, not people. We don't draw brand logos, badges or trademarks, or club, team or business logos unless you show us you have permission. We may decline or cancel any commission at our discretion, for example if a photo is unclear or the request is inappropriate. If we decline or cancel, we'll refund you in full.
• Proofs and revisions. We'll email you a proof before anything is printed. Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included, for changes like stance, wheels, plate text, color or background. One round = one consolidated list of changes sent in reply to a proof. Extra rounds or extra cars are quoted and paid for before work starts.
• Turnaround. It usually takes about 2–3 weeks from order to final proof, depending on our queue and how many revisions you ask for. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.
• Proof approval. Each proof email will say when the 30-day approval window ends. If we haven't heard from you, we'll send a reminder at least 7 days before it closes. If you still don't respond within 30 days of the proof, that proof becomes your final drawing. Your $199 fee then covers it, and you can still order merch with it anytime.
• Cancellations and refunds. You can cancel for a full refund until we send your first proof. Once a proof is delivered, the fee is non-refundable because the work has been done. If a proof doesn't reasonably show the car in your photos and we can't fix it within the included revisions, we'll refund you in full. If we can't finish your drawing for any reason, we'll refund you in full.
• Who owns the art. Enalas Group LLC owns all rights in the artwork, including the copyright. Commissioning it doesn't transfer ownership to you. You receive a personal, non-commercial license to view, share and display your drawing (for example as a phone wallpaper or on social media), to print or frame it for your own personal, non-commercial use, and to buy merch of it from us anytime. You may not sell the artwork, or products made with it, or license it to anyone else, without our written permission.
• Public drops are opt-in. If you tick "OK to release my design as a public drop later (no payment or royalty)," you agree that we may release your design, or a version of it, as a public drop in our store. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, no payment or royalty is owed for that. You can change your mind any time before we announce the drop. Once a design is released, it isn't exclusive to you. If you don't tick the box, we'll keep your design private to you and won't release it as a public drop.
• Portfolio. In portfolio images we remove or blur plate text unless you ask us to keep it, and we never show people, faces or house numbers. You can opt out anytime through our contact form (https://carscoffeetees.com/pages/contact). We'll take it down from our site within 10 business days, but we can't pull back copies others have already shared.
• Payment disputes. If you dispute a commission charge after receiving a proof, we may share your order record, your agreement to these terms and the proof history with the payment processor.

8. Private drops and private links

We sometimes create private drops for a family, team, club or event, reached by a private link instead of through the public store.

• Private links are meant only for the people they're shared with. Please don't post them publicly.
• Private drops follow these Terms, including the pricing, production and returns sections.
• We may change, close or remove a private drop or its link at any time.
• A private drop isn't confidential or secure. Anyone with the link may be able to see it.
• If you ask us to include a club, team, event or business name or logo, you confirm you have permission to use it, and section 15 applies.

9. Intellectual property and car makes

• Our content. All art, designs, illustrations, text, photos, graphics and the Cars Coffee Tees name and branding on the Site and our products are owned by Enalas Group LLC (or, for any third-party material, used with permission), and they're protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. All intellectual property in our art, designs, brand and site content is owned by Enalas Group LLC. The art is original work hand-drawn by our founder.
• Your limited use. Buying a product gives you the right to use and enjoy that physical item. It doesn't give you any right to copy, reproduce, sell or create derivative works of our designs. You may not use our art or branding, including to train AI models, without our written permission.
• Car makes and models. Any car makes, models or nicknames we mention are used only to describe the vehicles that inspired our art. Cars Coffee Tees is independent. We're not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any car manufacturer, racing team or other brand owner. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
• Copyright concerns. See our Copyright & Trademarks (https://carscoffeetees.com/pages/copyright) page for how to send a notice.

10. Your submissions, ideas and Drop Suggestions

We love hearing ideas. When you send us anything through the Drop Suggestions form, the contact form, email, social media, reviews or any other channel, including drop ideas, product ideas, website suggestions, photos or other feedback (together, "Submissions"):

• you agree that Submissions are not confidential, and that we don't have to keep them private, respond to them or use them;
• you give us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, copy, change, publish and build on your Submissions, including in products and drops we sell, without paying you, crediting you or asking further permission, except where the law says otherwise;
• you understand that we may already be working on, or later develop, similar ideas on our own, and a similar drop doesn't mean we used your Submission;
• you confirm that your Submissions are your own, don't infringe anyone else's rights, and aren't unlawful, harassing, obscene or misleading; and
• you won't submit people's personal information or photos of people without their permission.

We may remove or decline any Submission at our discretion. This section doesn't apply to Custom Car Drawing photos, which are covered in section 7.

11. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
• copy, scrape, crawl or harvest content, designs or data from the Site, including by automated means;
• infringe our intellectual property rights or anyone else's;
• upload or send viruses, malware or harmful code, or interfere with the Site's security or operation;
• harass, abuse, threaten or discriminate against anyone;
• impersonate anyone, or give false information; or
• resell our products or private links in a way that misleads anyone about where they came from.

12. Third-party services and links

The Site is hosted by Shopify. Orders are produced and shipped by third-party print partners and carriers, and payments are handled by payment processors. Those providers have their own terms and privacy policies. The Site may also link to third-party sites, such as social media. We don't control third-party sites or services and aren't responsible for their content, products or practices.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS, OUR ONLY WARRANTY IS THE 30-DAY DEFECT, MISPRINT AND DAMAGE PROMISE IN SECTION 6. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO 30 DAYS FROM DELIVERY. FOR THE SITE AND DIGITAL SERVICES, AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING NON-INFRINGEMENT. We don't promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Some states don't allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limit may not apply to you.

14. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS:

• ENALAS GROUP LLC (D/B/A CARS COFFEE TEES) AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS AND PARTNERS WON'T BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS, THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE; AND
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE THE CLAIM IS ABOUT.

Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for anything that can't be limited by law, such as fraud or gross negligence.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Enalas Group LLC (d/b/a Cars Coffee Tees) and its members, managers, affiliates, contractors and partners from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or any Submission or photo you provide that infringes someone else's rights.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

If you have a problem, please contact us (https://carscoffeetees.com/pages/contact) first. Most issues can be sorted out quickly that way. If we can't resolve it informally, any lawsuit must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Monroe County, New York, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Either of us may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court instead. Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your home state that can't be waived.

17. Changes to these Terms or the Site

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top. Changes apply from the date they're posted and don't apply to orders placed before that date. If we make a material change, we'll take reasonable steps to point it out, such as a notice on the Site. Material changes won't apply to an open Custom Car Drawing order. By continuing to use the Site after changes are posted, you accept them. We may also change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.

18. General terms

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the policies they link to, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site and your purchases. They replace any earlier versions.
• Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent the law allows, and the rest of the Terms will stay in effect.
• No waiver. If we don't enforce a provision, that isn't a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours, for example if the business is sold or reorganized.
• Events beyond our control. We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by things outside our reasonable control, such as carrier delays, supplier or print partner outages, severe weather or other emergencies.
• Survival. Sections that by their nature should continue after these Terms end will continue, including the sections on intellectual property, submissions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law.
• Headings. Headings and the summary at the top are for convenience only and don't affect how these Terms are read.
