Made to order

Every item is printed or embroidered for you after you order. Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days, then your order ships with tracking. During drops and holidays, production can take a little longer. If we can't ship your order within the time shown, or within 30 days if no time is shown, we'll email you a new estimate and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Shipping

Orders over $75 ship free. Orders under $75 pay the shipping rate shown at checkout. Orders are produced and shipped by our third-party print partners using major carriers, such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Transit time depends on the carrier and where you are. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Some orders arrive in more than one package, at no extra cost to you.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Returns and replacements

Because each piece is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for size or a change of mind. Please check the size chart on each product page before you order.

If something arrives defective, misprinted or damaged in transit, or you receive the wrong item, we'll replace it or refund you at no cost. Contact us or email pearson.benjamin@enalasgroup.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. Sale and discounted items follow this same policy.

Lost packages

If tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or the carrier confirms your package is lost, contact us and we'll replace your order at no cost, or refund you if you prefer. If a package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 30 days and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away. If your order hasn't gone into production, we'll fix it.

Custom Car Drawings

A Custom Car Drawing is a digital service, so nothing ships from that order. You can cancel for a full refund until we send your first proof. See the commission terms.
