1. Our original art

Every design sold by Enalas Group LLC d/b/a Cars Coffee Tees is original art, hand-drawn by our founder. The artwork, product designs, photos, text and the Cars Coffee Tees name and branding are owned by Enalas Group LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. All intellectual property in our art, designs, brand and site content is owned by Enalas Group LLC. Please don't copy, reproduce or sell our designs, or use them to train AI models, without our written permission.

2. No affiliation with car makers

Car makes, models and nicknames mentioned on this site are used only to describe the vehicles that inspired our art. Cars Coffee Tees is an independent shop. We're not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any car manufacturer, racing team or other brand owner. We don't use manufacturers' logos or badges in our designs. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

3. Reporting copyright or trademark concerns

We respect the rights of other creators and brand owners. If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright or trademark, please send a notice through our contact form, by email to pearson.benjamin@enalasgroup.com, or by mail to Enalas Group LLC, 475 Quaker Meeting House Rd, Honeoye Falls, NY 14472. Include:

  1. your name and contact information (email and phone);
  2. a description of the copyrighted work or trademark you believe is infringed;
  3. the link to each page or product on our site you're concerned about;
  4. a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use isn't authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
  5. a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you're the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and
  6. your physical or electronic signature.

We'll review every complete notice promptly. Where appropriate, we'll remove or disable the material and let you know what we did.

4. Counter-notices

If we removed content you provided, such as a Custom Car Drawing photo or a submission, and you believe it was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice through our contact form, by email to pearson.benjamin@enalasgroup.com, or by mail to Enalas Group LLC, 475 Quaker Meeting House Rd, Honeoye Falls, NY 14472. Include your contact information, the material that was removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your signature.

5. Repeat infringement

We may refuse service to anyone who repeatedly submits content that infringes others' rights.
